1. What sets Namaste apart from other Wellness Companies?
It’s all in the pairing of our expert Wellness Advisory and our best-in-class Wellness Professionals. At the core of our DNA is a personalized approach to delivering curated in-home fitness and wellness services. We get to know YOU and your family on a personal level.
2. How does your pricing work?
We offer Member Pricing & A La Carte (Non-Member) Pricing. To access Member Pricing and other Member Perks (like Wellness Advisory for your whole family), there is an Annual Membership Fee of $795. Both Members and Non-Members can purchase single sessions or bundles at discounted rates, and there’s no commitment to how many sessions you do. Choose your Namaste for full pricing details.
3. What does being a Member mean?
As a Member, you get access to Member Pricing (typically 15% off or more of all sessions) and quarterly Wellness Advisory, as well as access to ongoing support and exclusive Member Perks handpicked by our Founder, Julie Wald. Membership is valid for a full year and for your whole household!
4. What types of fitness and wellness sessions does Namaste offer?
We offer private, in-home Massage & Bodywork, Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga, Meditation, and Nutrition Coaching. Think truly personalized sessions incorporating a unique combination of forms and styles that you need most. We can even weave your favorite group fitness modalities into your custom formula. We also offer Kids & Family sessions as well and Pre and Post-Natal support.
Namaste also offers bespoke modalities such as Reiki and other energy healing sessions, soundbath, personalized meditation and much, much more.
5. Does Namaste have a studio or spa location?
No, our Wellness Professionals always come to you - at home, work, hotel or wherever you find yourself! They also bring any accessories (like Yoga Mats, Yoga Blocks, Massage Tables, etc...) if needed for your session!
6. Is Namaste an App?
Call us old school, but Namaste believes in the power of human touch and connection. We want to TALK to you, understand your needs, make recommendations and then deliver your personalized selfcare plan and practices to your home, on your schedule. You can easily (and quickly) book sessions via text (919-NAMASTE) or email, and you will be communicating with a real person who actually cares about you and understands your needs. Our Concierge Team responds with “App-like” speed!
7. How do I schedule an appointment?
If you are first time client, we recommend first booking your Complimentary Discovery Call with one of our Wellness Advisors.
If you are already a Member or an a La Carte Client, you can book any session(s) by texting our Concierge Team at 919-NAMASTE or email firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team members will be in touch shortly.
8. Can Namaste deliver same-day appointments?
Yes! We know that sometimes it’s tough to plan in advance! We have a large and talented bench of fitness and wellness professionals and can deliver same day most of the time. What we won’t do is send you a Wellness Professional that is not a perfect match because they happen to be in your neighborhood or available when you need support.
9. What is Wellness Advisory?
A Wellness Advisory session is a deep-dive conversation that results in a customized wellness plan and recommendations just for you. Because your needs and preferences can often change, our Wellness Advisors work with you throughout the year to ensure your self-care plan evolves with you to meet you right where you are. Our Wellness Advisors are clinical social workers with years of experience working with people of all ages and they are also fitness and wellness practitioners, creating a perfect blend of support to help you reach your physical, mental and lifestyle goals. Namaste Wellness Advisors create your custom self-care plan based on what we call the 4 Pillars of Namaste (or our 4 Pillars of Self-Care): Movement, Touch, Stillness, and Nourishment - ensuring a holistic approach to your wellness and fitness.
