Strength and HIIT Circuits
Bree is a personal trainer, equestrian, dancer and has a yoga background as well. She believes in the importance of posture and correct alignment when it comes to movement within the body, which she instill in all major lifts/exercises when it comes to training her clients.
Bree focuses on giving a great workout as well as posture and correct alignment. She specializes in strength training and HITT circuits, mostly using free weights and bodyweight. She believes having a strong basic foundation of the key compound movements (deadlift/squat/bench etc) is the key to staying fit and improving in all other aspects of fitness.
Once her clients master those, they feel more confident, move better and are ready to progress into their next step of fitness be it getting stronger, moving without pain, or losing weight.
