Jenna is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and inspired athlete with expertise in weight training, TRX, bodyweight training, with a strong background in Yoga and Pilates. She is passionate about helping others find their inner and outer strength through exercise and movement. Jenna has experience designing workouts for clients looking to build muscle as well as helping clients looking to slim down and lose weight.
Additionally, she is a barre workout instructor and has performed professionally as an actor, singer, and dancer for the past six years and has choreographed regionally and off-broadway. Jenna also works in a physical therapy office, training patients through their recovery. If you are looking to move past an old injury or prevent a future injury- she is the trainer for you.
