Jerre has been an avid fitness, sports and outdoor enthusiast and brings a true passion for telling others that a happy and healthy life starts with time outside. For 20 years, Jerre has practiced yoga for its mental and physical benefits as part of her overall wellness.
Realizing the enhanced benefits from yoga outside, she recently received her RYT 200 certification and is pursuing teaching yoga outside and inside as part of her message for healthy living. Jerre teaches gentle, flow vinyasa, power and Yin. All of her classes focus on the breathe and the balance between effort and ease.
