Touch Me

Yesterday I spent the day interviewing gifted body workers and personal trainers. It always amazes me how quickly and easily I can "drop in" to the experience of "receiving" during the demos. I am able to forget where I am and become a giant sponge soaking up what is being offered to me. The most powerful aspect of my experience is the touch itself, and opening to recieving. I have my own "namaste moment".

My life/body/mind is the Namaste laboratory, Michael's too. We seek to understand how to "take care" of you, and the most powerful tool we have is our own life/body/mind.

I know that we are not the only ones working our butts off, juggling many moving parts, feeling the pressures of this crazy day and age.

And I also know that we are not the only ones craving touch, personal time/space, breath, movement + wisdom. Neither are you.

But the more difficult question for all of us is - will you choose to nurture yourself?
