A couple of years ago I committed to writing down reflections every Friday for a year and sharing them with our Namaste community. I did it. I never planned ahead, but just woke up Friday mornings and sat with myself to see what came up. Sometimes it was fluid and sometimes I felt stuck, but it was always true.
After a year I started to feel like to keep writing would be to repeat myself again and again. So, I took a rest from this practice.
After my long rest I feel ready and inspired to connect again. I accept that some of what I share will be repetitive, because that’s the nature of this work, we return again and again to the ideas that ground us and guide us.
I have also had some beautiful experiences and real challenges that are worth talking about out loud. We really do need each other and as I share with you, I hope you will write back and share with me too. The heart of me just loves to connect, this why I do what I do. When we find one another from a place of truth and (sometimes) vulnerability we feel connected and strong.
More coming soon...
With love and gratitude,
